The Wild Wild Wests

Seems my posting is as out of order as my life is ; ) that's ok though because life with three kids 4 and under, one of whom is special needs, will always be chaotic. So without further ado... HALLOWEEN 2010 Firemen Of The Year: Austin and Mason  (In their school parade. They were so proud) ************************ Picking out "just one" is serious business!  Oh' Mason how you melt my heart. Cause what are big brothers for anyway... And Mommys who clearly waited tables in college, bringing out beverages for everyone. Miracle baby did not dress up this year because it is far to hot here and he sweats up a storm as it is.  No more taxing on his heart is needed, thank you very much.  We will try again next year. ( Austin is absolutely terrifeid of that skeleton and he didn't think it was very funny that we thought it was funny...) Big changes from last year on this holiday: And most importantly, this is what I left for the first time ever ...

This weekend proved to be as dear to my heart as I thought it would be.  The kids, Nana and I loaded up in the Tahoe ghetto style (as in packed to the hilt without an inch to spare) and headed to Tampa where the American Heart Association walk was being held.  One of, I should say. Every time I even enter that part of the state the memories come rushing back.  I hate it for the fear it held and love it all at the same time for beaten, kicked a*# path it was for us.  Reminds me where I've been and although I have zero clue where I am headed, I am pretty sure if I can make it through last year I can make it through anything. We met up with other heart heros and gathered round to celebrate little lives fighting big, BIG battles. It was cooold!  Our boys, yep all boys, were blue lipped and shivering.  We bundled them up as best as we ahem....could. Some of us didn't realize what a stud they looked like in a beanie.  Dangitall, I love a man in a bean...
